Polls, chat, agendas, timers, boards, videos and games on one page. Every vote, tick and note shows up for everyone the moment it happens, on laptops, phones and the meeting-room TV.
These are real rooms. Tick, vote, drag and type. Nothing here is saved.
Pick a name and who can get in. Anyone with the link can take part, view or edit, or keep it to people you invite. There’s nothing to sign up for.
Start from a layout or an empty room. Drag modules around, rename them, make any of them Full width.
Send the link, or press T for a big-screen view with a QR code people can scan to join. Show one module at a time, like slides.
Add as many as you like to a room.
No. New rooms are end-to-end encrypted in your browser with a key that only exists in the room’s links and in the browsers that have opened it. We store scrambled text. We can see room names, who’s a member, when things changed and numbers like vote counts, but not what anyone wrote, their names or their images. To show a link’s preview or live data from a link, that link is sent to our server to fetch it; embeds and the weather load from the service they come from.
Any device that has opened the room remembers its key, so it keeps working there. When you create a room you get a recovery link. Keep it somewhere safe, because it’s the only way back in as the owner. If every link and device is gone, nobody can unlock the room, us included.
You choose when you create it, and can change it any time. With Take part, the default, anyone with the link can vote, chat, ask questions and sign up, but only people you invite can change the room. With View they can look, with Edit they can change everything, and with Invite only only people you invite can get in.
Room links end in a random code, so they can’t be found by guessing. New rooms start as “take part”, so visitors can vote, chat, ask and sign up, but only people you invite can change the room. Admins can also lock any module. And noot keeps recent copies of each room, so an admin can put it back the way it was in one click.
So every room is unique and hard to guess, and nobody can grab common names like “standup” for themselves. Owners can add a plain short link, like noot.live/#standup, that opens their room.
No. There’s nothing to sign up for. You’re the owner of the rooms you create on this device, and you can make other people admins with an invite link.
Yes. Press T in a room for a full-screen view with a QR code people can scan to join. It updates live, so it works as a team dashboard or on everyone’s second screen.
Any time. The room menu has Export as JSON and Copy room as text. Admins can also delete a room, and then delete it for good.

The layout is locked, so only members can add or move modules. Ask an admin for an invite to help arrange it.
