Tell us the room’s name (the part after # in its address) and what you were trying to do. Please don’t send a room’s private link or its key.

Include the email you paid with, and your account’s if it’s different. See the refund policy and prices, or find your order at paddle.net.
Reporting a room
For something illegal or harmful, use Report this page at the bottom of the room, so it reaches us with the right details. You can email us too. The terms say what isn’t allowed.
